I think Sean said like 5 GB, but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being bigger than that maybe 8-10 GBs. Really pretty small. They aim for it to be about 5 Gigs. I'd say 10-15 GBs. Two magical words: procedural generation. And I think they said a couple of gigabytes, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Patch is 4.8 GB for me. I don't know if the Steam download encompasses this. I don't think you'll have to download the patch in addition to the main game. Whatever version of the game you download on Steam should be the latest one automatically. I think 10GB should be all there is. Of course, in the coming days there'll be a number of hotfixes
